Trigger unversioned workflow on page_build event #405

This is an attempt at triggering the unversioned_pages.yml workflow on deployment to gh-pages.

I will add this as a last effort on this rationale. If it doesn't work, I'll probably need some help as I am now out of my depth to figure out these issues.

😕 Doesn't seem to have done the thing.

Maybe we just put every possible trigger at the top of the file. Literally someone sneezing in the vicinity of the GH data center causes the workflow to run. 😂
