Add Brazilian Portuguese language support to documentation

This PR adds Brazilian Portuguese language support to the documentation, enhancing accessibility for Portuguese speakers. It includes translations for all sections and contents of the documentation, including:

• [X] Deep dive
• [X] Cross build
• [X] Ecosystem
• [X] More

I've made commits for each translated file to granularly track changes, due to my less experienced developer background. Would it be beneficial to squash these commits?
