[carddav_plus] - Impossible to add CardDAV resources

I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Install carddav + carddav_plus
2. Try add cardav account 
3. Click "Save"

In logs:

I use with my cardav server (sogo) with thunderbird+sogo connector, davdroid - 
all work fine.
