[identities_imap] - In the dropdown list the main account is duplicate

I.  Issue Description:

In the drop down list of Identities, When I have a single account with the 
identities_imap activated, the account appear duplicated.

In the compose window appear OK, only one!.

Please check if you have duplicate entries in table identities_imap. If so, 
then it is not a bug.

I'm sorry I didn't reply before... really busy.

There is only one user<->identitie<->imap_identitie in BD (ERR-IMAP_BD.png)

When the flag of IMAP in the Identities form is of/unset (ERR-IMAP_Flag.png) 
then it show me only one label in the form (ERR-IMAP_NOFlag.png)

But as soon I activated the IMAP for the main Identitie, then it show me two 
option in the drop down, as you can see in the image "ERR-IMAP_DD.png", I put 
prefix to the label in the account info and in the IMAP info, that you can 
realize it show both...

You must not configure an IMAP server for the identity because it is the same 
as the default server for the account. If you configure a second server than 
the server has to shown. That's clearly not a bug. Configure things in a 
reasonable way and they will be shown as they should.

so you mean that: 
for the default identities I must not activated IMAP, then why your plugin show 
the option for the main identity in the form?, if this cause a conflict you 
should hide the option.

Then I need a combined configuration, in database for my additionals Identities 
and in the config.php file for the main identity, its that right?
