Bug on \footnotesize macros of Roman numerals #16

It seems the \footnotesize doesn't work properly for math contexts. So I should be using a different command here instead of \footnotesize.

This is also the source of hundreds of warnings. The only warnings I have in my code so far. Fixing would make everything tidy clean.

Removed it. So far, the roman numerals don't seem to be visually affected by this, which is weird.
