In acknowledgements, credit the software packages used

I just realized the package that I am using to generate plots/graphs, networkx, is published and has a citation.

I am using multiple software packages in lots of places. I'd like to list them and cite them in my thesis in the form:

Thanks to the contributors of the networkx package (citation). This software was used to generate Figures X, Y, and Z

Maybe in the so-called Copyright section I should list all that.
