It's hard to decide what unit tests should be checking here, given that the rules are meant to be changing/evolving.

A few ideas:

• Check that the length of voicings provided for a specific chord
• Check the number of cache hits/misses for a specific example
• Check the cost of a bad pair of chords is lower than the cost of a good pair of chords
• Check that the optimal voicing according to you is in fact the optimal voicing delivered by the algorithm

The first two are less ambiguous and more useful.

• [ ] Tests for other components (e.g., score decorator), which are not a priority for me atm.
