Can you share preprocessing code and raw data? I can't figure out how you got from the raw csi to the current data

I'm also having the same problem of not understanding the data preprocessing stage. Looking at the current dataset on the repo, it seems that the "min" column is larger than the "max" column? Being able to view the preprocessing code would be really heplful!
