no module named plistlib #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install 0.3.9_mips32el.ipk
2. restart the VU+ DUO2
3. try to open the Plugin Menu on VTI V.6.0.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected is to se all the installed plugins on the box and also the new air 
player plugin button for a configuration
Instead you will get the message "extensions/AirPlayer (no module named 
plistlib) and after that 
all plugins are available, but Airplayer is missing

What version of the product are you using?
0.3.9_mips32el.ipk

What device are you using to send the data to the Box? What is your OS version
iPhone 5
(iPhone / iPad  / Android phone / Android tablet)
(iOS 6.1.4 / Android x.y)

What Application is used to send the data to the Box?
At the moment I am not able to send anything

What Set-Top-Box is used? What image is installed?
(Dreambox, sh4 Duckbox, VU, ...)
VU+ DUO2 / VTI v.6.0.0 

Please provide any additional information below.
I tryed 0.3.1 and 0.3.7 and 0.3.8 always the same

After I installed: python-plistb_2.7_all.ipk, the problem is gone!!
