You might want to check with the foo developer on this one?

Playlist view in foobar2000 looks fine - only the playlist view in TunesRemote+
is incorrect. Problem seen in using TunesRemote+ 2.5.3 with foobar2000
versions 1.2.4 (betas and final) and 1.2.5 (all 3 betas).
TunesRemote+ seems to be ignoring the actual playlist for its playlist view,
and instead is querying the foobar2000 library for all tracks in the library
with the same album tag field as the currently playing track.
If I let the music play without using the "next" or "previous" buttons on
TunesRemote+, the music will play the next song in the correct playlist, or if
I hit either of these buttons on the TunesRemote+ screen, the next or previous
song in the correct playlist will play (so that's all good), it's just that I
can never see the correct playlist in Tunesremote+. Hope that helps!

I'm also aware of the "Now Playing Action" setting in TunesRemote+. The
behaviors above occur with either of "Current Album" or "Selected Playlist"
selections, and the incorrect playlist view when "Selected Playlist" is used
does not change when I hit "refresh" or "clear cue" in the Now Playing view.

Yeah what I am saying is if you use TR+ with MonkeyTunes or iTunes it works
fine. SO that is why I am saying i think it might be how FooBar is returning
the results to TR+.
If I were you I would try ReTune for Android instead. It is FREE and way
better than TR+.

Justr tried ReTune, and generally I like it more: much more reliable detection
and holding of foobar2000 library, no issues showing the currently playing song
when exiting and re-entering ReTunes, much more robust views. If you developed
ReTunes, then well done!
It seems to avoid all the issues I previously noted. One small nit: to view
the currently playing playlist, I need to already know the name of the
currently playing playlist and then find the playlist under playlist view. It
would be easier if there was a (working) version of the Now Playing options
that TR+ has so I can quickly see the currently playing playlist contents. If
this is not the appropriate place to post this suggestion, or if the feature
exists and I missed it, my apologies.

I did not develop it but the developer who did is really sharp and he takes
feedback on his webpage.
