Description

I would like to add footer in about, contributors, guidelines and feedback pages. Also want to add headline above feedback form. "Your opinion matters to us"

Hi @BhartiNagpure #1138 also raises this issue, but do we need a footer at all? or what can we possibly add in the footer section, except for social icons, which this social media doesn't have ;-;
