Forestry integration #3

Need to be able to multiply Forestry liquids, as well as supporting Forestry cans (but not wax capsules of either kind!).

Do also look at ExtraBees for more liquids, possibly ThermalExpansion as well (IIRC, it has liquid redstone).

Another idea, from Quintine: use the Forestry Squeezer as the only means of making liquid UU when Forestry is available.

Yet another idea: Carpenter recipes using liquid UU. Purpose? Unknown as yet.

Let's close this and make separate bugs for investigating other mods' liquids and for carpenter recipes.

I think I'll drop the idea of the squeezer being the only method, at least for now (I don't want to move up the initialization of the Forestry integration). If enough people ask for it, I'll reconsider.
