Here is a wrapper to run from a master script. Should fix issue #40 .

@borrob thanks for the proposed master script! I have to confess that I still don't know if this will stay for the 1.0 release because in the end there is no such distinction of pieces or prototypes. This is handy for now but later on the idea is to fuse everything together so the booting of CK happens in a whole different way. I will do the merge but maybe next time we need more discussion and I need to think some things thoroughly with the end product in mind and move at a different tempo... this so that you don't need to work on things that might not be used.
