conditional loop time #92

HI Felipe,

We've spoken about it before but I would like to revisit it. Can we include in the setting up of the conditional the inclusion of setting the loop length?

And at least for now, can you include the range of loop length in the ini file? LIke it can still be random but I determine in ini filewhat the outer limits of that random are.

waaaaaaaat? that is already in the .ini since long ago... it is in:

[motippets random limits]
# name : bottom limit, upper limits.
random: 10, 45
