Process for merging Dialogflow changes #34

We need to figure out how we're going to merge changes to Dialogflow, since it's a zip (and we don't know how to merge the contents anyway).

@caovinhlam has pointed out that it is possible to export individual intents as JSON files. This might come in handy.
