broken link to Fairvote #36

at https://www.equal.vote/Burlington there's a Fairvote link at the bottom going to https://www.equal.vote/fairvote.org instead of just to fairvote.org

I think the link should just be removed, as there's no need in that context to link directly to their homepage.
