Drop dependency on Mylyn #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to install workspacemechanic into a plain Eclipse SDK install.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to see only workspacemechanic being added.
Instead, it also needs the Mylyn Bridge stuff.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse SDK
Version: 3.6.0
Build id: I20100429-1549

I forgot to include this as one of the initial set of bugs, so, thanks for 
bringing it to our attention.

We recognize that many people don't want have mylyn, and requiring it for the 
Workspace Mechanic is 
less than ideal. 

You can see that we have it on our 1.0 roadmap

Nonetheless I'm changing this to an enhancement for now.

I looked into this; it should be easy to use PopupDialog instead of the Mylyn 
dialog, which is I think the only real reason that Mylyn is used.

Attached is a patch that changes the PopupDialog to only use SWT/JFace classes.
The popup will then looks like the one used by p2's automatic update search.
