Project line.separator is set to wrong value #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure you Project->Properties->Resource->New text file line delimiter is 
Inherited from container
2. Use attached preference file recorded to set Unix delimiter
3. Apply fix
4. See that the property is set to blank value
5. Create new file on Windows and see that line ends are not Unix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.8, Vista, Eclipse 3.6.2

Observed also on 0.0.9, Mac OS X 10.7.3 and Eclipse 3.7.1

This may be fixed at head - I just replaced reconciling task parsing.
