Support for OVH quick configuration

Hi 

Would it be possible to support OVH in the quick configs parameters are below.

Paramètres de connexions :

  Login / User name       : 0033972222222
  Mot de passe            : 123456
  Authorization user name : 0033972222222
  Domain / Registrar      : sip.ovh.net

Added in "worldwide" providers (I guess ovh provides not only French sip 
numbers - if so or if it address only a restricted number of countries let me 
know, I'll change it to a local provider with the list of countries supported).
Will be available in nightly builds upper than revision 509.
(If you can test the nightly build tomorrow and confirm it's fine would be nice 
;) )

OVH today provide SIP numbers for France / Germany / GB and soon (expected) 
Belgium 
It might be better, if possible to have OVH in local providers ;)
