Issue with OVH account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup an OVH account 
2. call an OVH line 09xx it's working 
3. call an OVH number +33183xx doesn't work
4. call an OVH number 0183xx it's working
5. call an non OVH number +331xxx it's working

Latest version of CSimple 0.01-01 R615

Are you sure that's not a limitation of the ovh dialing plan?
If so maybe worth to add a rewriting rule to ovh account to transform "Begin 
with" +33 par 0.

You can verify with other sip clients and check whether dialer +33 is working 
or not.

I can call an +33 number outside from the OVH account but not an +33 inside the 
ovh network 
It might be an OVH bug, will ask on the voip-list

(je continue en français, je pense que tu parles français vu que tu veux 
appeler en france ;) )

Peut-être que ce n'est pas un "bug" mais juste une fonctionalité manquante 
dans leur plan de numérotation sur un certain segment de numéros (ceux qui 
sont dans leur plan de num attribué).

Pour valider que c'est bien un problème ovh et non du client SIP, le plus 
facile est de tester avec un autre client SIP. 
Sinon dans tous les cas, grace a la fonctionalité de réécriture de numéro 
de csipsimple tu peux facilement ignorer ce problème et faire en sorte que 
tous les numéros numéroté depuis tes contacts ou le dialer natif soit 
réécrit de sorte que tu n'ai pas à t'embeter avec ce problème ovh (si ça 
viens bien d'ovh).
