Update mocha-phantomjs #96

I need this update for proper handling of circular references in objects (which are actually present in any DOM element). Looks like it works just fine even though it's a major version:

We use bem-pr as a bower library. As far as I know, nothing of the things from package.json is used since we'd switched to enb.

You are right, I should update it in enb-bem-specs.
