Doesn't copy over mods that are unzipped #8

I have to load Orbital Ion Cannon as an unzipped folder, but the mod manager doesn't copy over the unzipped folder to /Factorio/mods/ so I have to copy it manually every time I run it.

This is undesired behavior.
