Not Working or Showing in Plugin List #1

Running Bukkit RB 1000 Spout 1.0.1 TooManyBuckets 0.1

Doesn't work nor show up in the plugin's list when doing

/plugins

I get unknown console command when doing

/tbi

The command is actually /tmi You need a dev preview version of both spout and spoutcraft. Are there any error messages on the console?

Oh I see I'm not using the Dev version, could you point me to the successful one please? I heard they are having issues with there Jenkins making fails builds marked as successful.

No errors in console, the server doesn't see it as a plugin and is not loaded during startup.
