Decide what fronted we are using #41

For second assignment we should separate frontend from backend. We need to implement API (backend) and frontend. For frontend we can chose from:

  1. XAMARIN
  2. ReactJs (dotnetify)
  3. Webforms

Or we can create both Mobile App and website.
