What version of ElectricSleep are you using?
0.7.0
On what android device and android version?
samsung galaxy s. android version 2.6.29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.alarm: 6:47
2.pre alarm window : 15 min
3.sleep button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it had to ring between 6:32 and 6:47 but it didn't
