Changed instances of science "platform" to "Fornax Science Console".

Should the repo be renamed to fornax-console, too?

This documentation might cover more than the console eventually. But your point is taken that it should probably not be "platform". Sigh.

I do think the repo should be renamed to fornax-console, because we made a decision not to use the word platform (too much baggage).

Just saw Tess' message. The scope of Fornax is indeed larger. Maybe we can just call it fornax in that case?

How about nasa-fornax ? Branding. :)

I've just renamed it to nasa-fornax. If it's need more iteration, then Tess and Rob should be also able to do it, and maybe also all the others in the write access group.

@trjaffe Can we please name this documentation only repo something with the word documentation in it. It is already a sub-repo under the fornax-navo heading. It houses only documentation.

Sorry I didn't pay attention to this the first time around. This is a case where I think being clear about the naming could help us keep track of things in the future.
