From Brigitta: astroquery’s eso archive is in the middle of a very slow refactoring to switch to the VO backends instead of the webscraped interfaces, but maybe this dataset is also available through the VISTA archive up an ROE, after all the same VISTA team produced it as the rest of the VISTA surveys.

• Read in Euclid ERO data: https://irsa.ipac.caltech.edu/data/Euclid/ERO/overview.html
• Look for other datasets that overlap the ERO data (using the VO registry)
• User Firefly/Python to display them next to each other

• Introduce data coverage ([20 deg^2 EDF-N, 10 deg^2 EDF Fornax, 23 deg^2 EDF-S] )
• Choose interesting objects from the Euclid photometry catalog (can use OTF as a proprietary stand-in)
• Find all Euclid spectra for these interesting sources (can use another IVOA search as a stand-in)
• Use specutils to read in the spectra (can use OTF as a proprietary stand-in)
• Use Firefly to display the spectra
