Generate bibliographic entries for GCN Circulars in real time on the SAO/NASA Astrophysics Data System (https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu).

We need to reach out to ADS and ask how they're currently ingested. I think it's done manually every few weeks. We should ask ADS how we can work with them to automate this.

Hi, we are supposed to reach out to NASA/ADS either adshelp[at]cfa.harvard.edu or through feedback. The last entry of GCN circular at ADS is GRB220927A (~ 2 months delay). Our queries are: (a) How GCNs are updated over ADS site, manual/automatic, and (b) How can we make it quicker (needs to be discussed!)? I don't think they will give us access, other way can be, daily automated GCNs upload at arXiv.

ADS is currently generating entries from circulars, but not in real time. This depends on GCN generated DOIs, which can then be used to generate ADS entries in real time.
