Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image '<URL>'. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

on UAT, on all browsers

This appears to be an issue on certain machines that blocks mixed content

Strangely the layer loads today, but it wouldn't load yesterday afternoon.

They appear to have updated their WMS server to be https so this should no longer be an issue once we update their endpoint accordingly.
