Filtering Events #466

Once #407 is done, we'll need a way to filter events (in the list and markers on the map) by type, such as "Wildfires", "Icebergs" etc, and possibly by name, or other attributes as well. This should help reduce information overload that could happen when all active events are shown on the map.

Let's filter the event list by the current map view, and add a "Show All" button to the list that zooms back out and shows all event markers.
