WV-3177: Rename EOSDIS Worldview to NASA Worldview #5316

Description

Fixes #WV-3177 .

Replaced all instances of "EOSDIS" to "ESDIS" or "EOSDIS Worldview" to "NASA Worldview"

How To Test

  1. Open Worldview
  2. Check the About page for edits and any other relevant locations.
  3. Verify expected result
