Add logging for Memex Explorer tasks. #178

Memex Explorer should have a standard logging interface.

Ideally we would use something that is compatible with other tools like Graphite and nagios. I've moved it to 0.2 release as it is a significant feature and won't be ready for the 0.1 release.
