SF: PC: nm_agent metadata request #27

It would be nice to have an option to load all the metadata in nm_agent (the same way that nm_mgr does). As we integrate nm_agent on the software bus, all metadata information would be available to generate proper response messages such as reports... Thanks, Pat.

The "nm" component is now separately developed by APL. It will be re-incorporated into ION in the near future. Existing prototype code will be left "as is" for existing users.
