Add example data files to repository with explanation #2

Add two sets of example data to the repository containing 10 xio files each to illustrate the SSD file reading capability. Also write up documentation in a Setup Guide describing how to run this documentation.

One data set should come from the FPA Emulator, the other data set should come from the ROIC Warm.
