3 years ago - add condition check to both autoRIFT and Geogrid, and make sure Image1 is older than Image2
- add second estimate of velocity error when stable surface mask is invalid, and update both the error and stable shift in NETCDF output (not included here)
- add scene-center latitude/longitude
- add command-line optional filename of NetCDF output
