Need to include handeling for Landsat 9 imagery #51

Landsat handling/processing is identical to Landsat 8

Landsat 9 naming is identical to Landsat 8 naming except for the mission number:

example Landsat 8 image name LC08_L1GT_215109_20201127_20210316_02_T2

example Landsat 9 image name LC09_L1GT_215109_20220210_20220210_02_T2
