Makes use of the new jsd_egd_clear_errors to help reset function work as desired.

[x] fix the CMakeLists.txt once the JSD version tag is released bump minor version

The EGD driver isn't really in use anywhere, it also doesn't have the stateful-ness of the Actuator FSM.
