Moved anaconda directory in order to use easier with singularity #25

Hi @foobarbecue,

In this PR I have moved the anaconda installation directory. That makes no difference when you use it via docker (at least in my case it didn't) but it makes it possible to use this container with Singularity (https://sylabs.io/singularity/) which is important for me. Is this PR ok with you?
