03/21/2024: Committed and tagged fix for GI#15_Streamline_to_remove_duplicate_warp_calls

• Reduced 3 warp calls to 1 for CSV statistics calculation. Passed warped CCDC and Cloudmask from initial common-mask initialization to post-regression CSV stats calculation. Here we reprojected the SR-lite result to match CCDC resolution (30m).
