Create a label hierarchy for MATCH input #47

The biomimicry labels should be organized into a DAG-structured hierarachy. The hierarchy information should be stored in taxonomy.txt. Each line is a number of labels separated by whitespace. The first label is the parent label and the remaining ones are its children.

I think this is the expected format.
