Can you merge main into 50-missing-labels, and run lensCleaner again? I updated the labels in labeled_data.csv and removed unlabelled rows.

That helped. I also found that the API returns DOIs all lowercase, however the csv had mixed-case in a couple of instances.

699/699 labeled papers found/formatted.

Good catch. I updated the labeled_data.csv again, so you'll have to merge and rerun. There should be 701 labelled papers with DOIs.
