remove bitflow from petal repo #39

Bitflow should be installed as a package not a directory. Issue #38 may be caused due to this.

Feel free to deny pull request if opinion differs. This worked for me. Make sure to install bitflow through poetry package manager or pip install bitflow==0.6.0
