Describe the solution you'd like Add the requirements directly to the repo in the same format as cfe: https://github.com/nasa/cFE/blob/main/docs/cFE_FunctionalRequirements.csv
Describe alternatives you've considered Endless. But this follows the cFE pattern that has worked well (csv in repo, doc provided as asset at release)
