Add GitHub link for examples #10

Eclipse EGit might be used to store projects or gists of examples rather than embedded them in the workbench as fragments.

Rather than provide procedural copy from HTTPS sites into the workspace, which without certificate management presents some security issues, instead provided an example extension to open URLs in the default external browser. The latter provides a more general approach and would enable the user to cut/paste gists and files from repos if wanted. Add site URLs to examples just as you would resources contributed directly to the example fragments.
