.cae files property sheets mis-installed #9

The EEF providers plugin extensions appear to be installed in the edit plugin but they should be in the editor plugin. The EEF tabbed property sheets do not appear. Move to editor plugin extensions and rebuild EEF.

Fixed with regeneration and proper placement of plugin extension contributions.
