Fix #38, add ctf json output products #44

Describe the contribution Generate CTF-compatible JSON files as outputs from EDS processing

Fixes #38

Testing performed Run EDS tool, capture json outputs and run regression tests using these files with CTF.

Expected behavior changes All tests should still pass when using these generated files.

Note - as part of this change, it extracts a bit of code that was generating the "command code" headers and put these into a separate file.
