Fix #42, add script engine CFS lib #46

Describe the contribution Includes some minor changes to the bindings to allow this to work:

  1. exposing the conversion routings in lua_softwarebus adapter
  2. adding a PIC variant of the lua bindings

Fixes #42

Testing performed Demo of script engine capability, sending no-op command to ES via Lua script

Expected behavior changes Some build tweaks, otherwise no change unless ScriptEngine module is used.

System(s) tested on Debian

Additional context Still early in development, consider it alpha/proof-of-concept stage
