Fix #55, add support for AliasDataType element #65

Describe the contribution This element creates an alias from one data type to another.

Fixes #55

Testing performed Change ES MemOffset and MemAddress types to use alias, confirm working

Expected behavior changes The AliasDataType XML element works

System(s) tested on Debian
