Currently, the add cmake targets and logic required to build CFE/CFS with EDS exists in patches in the techdev-sois-eds branch.

The extra targets and scripts can be added under the cfecfs subdirectory here in this repo, which will minimize the impact to the upstream CFE build scripts.
Additional context
As the targets are related to invoking the EDS tool and building the EDS artifacts, the scripts logically belong in this repository. Version controlling them here, instead of in CFE, will also reduce inter-dependencies.
