Hi @kieranmbrown, I want to confirm that this NF workflow is running the GeneLab Human Reads Removal pipeline A (https://github.com/nasa/GeneLab_Data_Processing/blob/master/Metagenomics/Remove_human_reads_from_raw_data/Pipeline_GL-DPPD-7105_Versions/GL-DPPD-7105-A.md), correct?

If so, the workflow directory should be named: NF_MGRemoveHumanReads-A.
